1. Return and Exchange Period
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

The product must be with tags, without signs of use, washing, or damage.

It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals (if any).

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Provide your order number, product, and reason for return/exchange.

4. Shipping Costs

Returns due to buyer’s remorse are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.

If the product has a defect or was shipped incorrectly, return and reshipping costs are covered by us.
5. Refund Timeframe

After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exchange for Another Product

If you prefer an exchange, we will do our best to send the new product after receiving and analyzing the returned item.
