Returns & Exchanges Policy – RP Marter

At RP Marter, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a simple process for returns and exchanges. Please check our conditions below:

1. Return and Exchange Period

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • The product must be with tags, without signs of use, washing, or damage.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals (if any).

  • Customized or promotional products may have specific rules; please contact us.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us via email at contact@rpmaster.com or WhatsApp available on rpmaster.com.

  • Provide your order number, product, and reason for return/exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.

  • If the product has a defect or was shipped incorrectly, return and reshipping costs are covered by us.

5. Refund Timeframe

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchange for Another Product

  • If you prefer an exchange, we will do our best to send the new product after receiving and analyzing the returned item.

  • If there is a price difference, it will be charged or refunded accordingly.
